My solar instinct constantly turning off

My solar instinct watch just turns off every couple of minutes. I tried restarting and it only comes back on for a few minutes and turns back off

    Garmin has done nothing about this issue. Waiting for the new firmware was my last hope but didn´t work , they just offer me just a 20% off in order to buy a new watch....no way ...Suunto here we go...

    Mine has started doing this during my run, makes it pretty useless to be honest.

    Mine recently after updated firmware keep turning off too. Really frustrated

    Hello, I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. There are a few steps you can try. 

    • Ensure the watch is on the latest SW version 19.10 using Garmin Express. 
    • Some who have experienced this have reported that disabling the vibrations. We recommend trying this. 
    • You mentioned trying a reset. If you have not already, I would recommend a factory reset using these steps: 
    1. Ensure the watch is powered off.
      • You may need to hold CONTROLfor up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
    2. Press and hold SET and GPS.
    3. Press CONTROL to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
    4. After the first beep release GPS.
    5. After the second beep release the remaining button.

    If there is no change, I would recommend contacting Garmin Product Support.
