Dear Gramin community,
I have started using my Garmin Instinct solar in the beginning of the year 2021 (it was 2020 Christmas gift). Since then i was wearing it daily, using for hikes, sports etc.
Already in the middle of 2023 (2.5years) i noticed the watch turns off during activity, sometimes when alarm should go off (very unfortunate). This happened even when battery was >50% charged.
I contacted Garmin support via email and did all the recommended steps. The issue keeps happening more and more often.
I reported this back to the Garmin support and since FEB 23 (nearly two monthts today) i got no answer to my query despite a reminder sent.
I find this unresponsiveness as unprofessional especially considering the Instinct solar was first not cheap and sencond marketed as rugged watch which I expect to last longer than 2,5yrs.
Going through various forums this seems to be repeating case. I also found out Garmin does not support battery change, which in this case is quite unfortunate.
Dear Garmin suport, please react to this and if possible in professional manner.
