I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. If the watch is not indicating charging when connected to power, I would recommend the following steps:

Clean the charging contacts on the back of the watch and cable. For this, we recommend using rubbing alcohol.
Try connecting the watch with another charging cable, as well as both a wall outlet and computer USB port.

If the watch will still not showing powering, or stay on, I would recommend completing a factory reset while connected to power using these steps:

If the watch continues to not power, I would recommend contacting your local Garmin Product support.
