I got a new phone SamsungA53 and my watch is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. It's become so annoying I've stopped wearing it. Is there anything I can do to see what's causing this to happen?

Unfortunately, some Samsung phone models are well known for these problems, and there are many threads here on the forum. First of all, I recommend checking whether your phone's OS is up to date. There are also some tips in the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide, namely the hints #24 and #25 come from Samsung phone owners. Although it is not certain it will help you too, it is worth of trying. If not, you can try also some other tips from the guide, including the last one (contacting the Support).
