I am sorry you have the issue. If you haven't already, you can reset your watch through your System > Reset menu. You can also directly plug it into a computer and delete the contents of your Activity folder to free up memory. if your issue continues, your watch should be exchanged.
Based on what I can see, your watch remains under warranty. If the issue continues, please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region to request a warranty exchange.
