Instinct solar Tactical watch the battery is not charging sufficiently.

On my instinct solar Tactical watch the battery is only going to 12%!! I've uploaded Garmin express and cleaned USB and cleaned behind watch

I am sorry you have the issue.

Please try the following:

Soft Reset: Hold down your top left power button until your watch shuts off then let go of the button.

Reset to Default:

If you continue to have the issue, please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region.
