How do you set intervals in the Swim activity? Also, is it possible to display the distance in lengths? Thank you!

How do you set intervals in the Swim activity? I can see how to do it in other activities, but not in swim.

Also, is it possible to display the distance in lengths? (Currently I'm just dividing the distance by 25.) Thank you!

Yes, you can customize the data screen, and replace the distance with the number of lengths. At least it is possible with Instinct 2. I do not have my old Instinct 1st gen anymore, but I am persuaded it was possible there too.
