Instinct solar shutting down

Same with my watch. It shuts down as soon as I start the pulse oximeter, too. Does not restart even with pressing the start button. It has to be connected to a power source to start the watch again.

Anyone know where to take it to get it sorted ??

I’ve been dealing with this for 4 years now. I’m on my 3rd replacement and this one just started doing it again. They will replace it with the same model once you send it in but 3 times is enough. I don’t want the replacement again. Why can’t they fix it !! 

As I got it as a present, I’d like to get it fixed ,but not a clue who would fix it it’s shutting down everyday now prob have to put it in Cubbard and put down to crap product and not to get this product again it’s a shame cos like it but if doesn’t do what it says on the box it’s pointless having it lol

I did not ,my partner who bought me it wouldn’t send it back  it’s stuck in the draw waste of money ,Iv tried it a few times ,as soon as I get a text or msg turns it self off not worth putting on

Is there anyone from Garmin who reeds this, who can recommend a solution?
