Solar instinct turn off.

I had a problem with my first watch.
The battery showed 16 days and turned off. Suggested a software fault, returned under warranty and replaced, turned out to be a hardware fault.
The first one broke after about a year.
Replaced watch has exactly the same defect after one year.
I'm probably out of warranty? What to do? Because for sure i will not pay for repair, second I don't buy second watch if they like poor quality.
