How can I update my Instinct Solar surf up to 19.01?

I've connected Instinct to Garmin Express and it says there's no system update available. (currently 18.54). The forum says ver 19.01 was officially released and I can't update it. Please help me.

What happens sometimes is that software updates are rolled out at different times in different areas of the world. If I remember correctly models that were originally sold in Asia usually have their software updates 1 to 2 months later...

By the way, I have 19.01 on my Instinct Solar Surf and haven't noticed one iota of difference...
