Instinct Solar not uploading stats to Garmin Connect

Hello everybody

I've bought an Instinct Solar few days ago. I connected it to the Connect app, and in the dashboarad I can see the "today" stats (steps, floors, cals, ecc) but they're not saved for a longer term stat calculation, like in the calendar or in the "past 7 days" field.

Some days ago I tried an Instinct 2 Solar, that I didn't like due to the screen having too small fonts and worse viewing angle than the Instinct Solar and it recordered the stats right, so I can see the stats of the 2 days I used the Instinct 2 Solar in the calendar and my "past 7 days" stats are based onnly on the 2 days I used that model, but no new stats are added thanks to the Instinct Solar I'm wearing right now.

Somebody could please help me?

Try removing both watches from Garmin Connect, and then add back the old Instinct Solar back again. It may not help rectifying the past days, but it hopefully should help to get it right from now on.

Ok the Instinct 2 was removed few days ago when I switched back to the Instinct. Yesterday I tried to pair again the Instinct (I mean deleting from android bluettoth settings, and reconnecting in Garmin Connect app), but I'll try even to remove it and add it again.

Update: it worked! Thank you! And it synced even the past days stats!
