Hi guys,
Is It normal that in a normal day, working(i go up and down in a Building), walking and doing normal stuff when It grows the altitude, the pressure does the same!
Shouldn't be the contrary?

When in the auto-mode, the watch switches between the altimeter and barometer modes. Depending on your moving patterns, it tries to guess whether you stay on place (locks into the barometer mode), or climb stairs, use elevator, etc. (locks into the altimeter mode). So although at each respective moment only one of the variables should be changing, over a longer period, both of them can easily change. So I can imagine that in some situations it can indeed happen that both of the values grow after certain time.
Some situation likes sleepin?
Sleeping is a completely different case. The change is caused by the nightly calibration:

Auto Calibration Nightly
The watch will calibrate the altimeter once every night during your sleep window set in Garmin Connect. If paired, the Garmin Connect app uses location data from the phone and compares it to the DEM information of the watch. This allows the nightly calibration feature to work better but is not required.
