Altituide instinct solar

Does anybody know why the device value really wrong altitude? My house Is at 85 m buy in the last three data for my instinct solar Is 185 m. Dem file Is not avaible i don't know why, Garmin Explorer app says the same wrong....even if i calibrate after It turn the numbers.

To perform a calibration with DEM, the watch must be connected to Connect mobile and Connect mobile requires the location permission.

The Watch Is Always connected with all the permissione allowed.

Since a few days ago the calibration with DeM was possible
