How long have you had the watch? Have you worn the Watch daily? Did you let the watch sit for a long period of time discharged? Which software version are you on? Does it reset during certain activities or randomly?
Next month will be 1 year. Wear it everyday. Never discharged. It turns off randomly and when trying to open features. Newest software is what it is running
I’m sorry to hear that. Sounds like you’re doing everything right. I’d recommend opening a case with Garmin’s support team as soon as possible since you’re almost out of the warranty period. They should get you fixed up
