Pulse monitor don’t start or stops or won’t work at all. It might sometimes start several minutes into an activity.
After reading the comments made in this forum, trying all tips given and considering the manual.
Keeping the watch as well as the wrist clean is important. Together with a daily reset and switching the pulse monitor off and on it makes my watch work flawless for approximately 20 hours. Not really good enough performance for a brand like Garmin. I use firmware 18.54 in hardware 3347077825.
I believe memory issues making function to fail.
My work around works for me but I expect more from Garmin as a have several GPSs that’s works really well and I hesitate to upgrade to the latest instinct.
I’m looking forward too next update.
