Solar instinct turning itself off

My Solar Instinct watch keeps turning itself. I have completed all updates on device and performed a hard reset, help is there any other suggestions. I am really disappointed as it is only just over 12 months old.

Same problem happening here. I did an update with my connect app last week and after that it just shuts off right when I begin an activity. I then restart and if I try to discard activity it shuts off…

Same problem happening here. I did an update with my connect app last week and after that it just shuts off right when I begin an activity. I then restart and if I try to discard activity it shuts off again. Please help, it seems like it is a faulty software on the update.

May i know your sw version.. mine since it's been upgraded to 18.11, and the problem occurs... so annoying :(

Running 18.10 - turns off at least daily usually first thing in the mornings . I have tried the hard reset - frustrating. Has anyone found a solution?

Garmin replaced the device after contacting them directly... that was the solution provided.

i came to service center. They replaced it with new unit...

This has been going on since version 16. No fix after 19
