Has anyone had any experience with the lack of customer complaints/ resolutions department at Garmin Uk ? I have a faulty Instinct Solar Surf less than a year old and was told there was no refund possible. I no longer trust a product that stops working after less than a year so want a refund. The grumpy guy I spoke to just said that he had decided not to offer me a refund and that was that. Very poor customer service !
