WHAT IS MEANING OF UPDATE? GIVE US THE ANSWER!!!

FROM DEFAULT VERSION >> AT LEAST ALL WORKING 

AFTER SOME UPDATE >> PULSE OX CONFLICT WATCH   >> NOW INSTINCT SOLAR BECOMES JUST INSTINCT 

WHY DID I PAY FOR MORE MONEY FOR THIS???? 

AFTER OTHER UPDATE >>  TOTAL CRASH, TOUCH THE BUTTON AND ALMOST NOT POSSIBLE TO USE. 

THIS IS SOMETHING REALLY WRONG. 

FINALLY ROLL BACK >> NO PULSE OX, VIBERATE OPTION THEN AUTOMATICALLY SWITCHED OFF.

I SEND EMAIL TO DEVELOPER HOW TO ROLL BACK TO FIRST BEGGINING VERSION OF GARMIN INSTINCT SOLAR.....

NO ANSWER. 

PLEASE LET ME USE AS DEFAULT VERSION.

  • I am sorry there is an issue. Please reach out to Hong Kong Product Support in your region to discuss your PulseOX sensor no longer working.

  • Thx, I bought at Thailand. It will works like that, 

    Send the link to hongkong garmin > They will send me to Moon branch > moon branch will send link to Mars > Finally, I will be somewhere nowhere link.  Is it difficult to let me know how to be back to default version.  

  • It is unlikely rolling back your software will resolve the issue but you can certainly try it. Use the Search function at the top of the Instinct Solar forum and search for Beta. All prior Beta software provided has the older rollback software in the download zipped folder.

    If you bought in Thailand, you can reach out to Thailand Product Support instead to exchange your watch if needed.

    I am already out of Thailand so It is not possible exchage and also I do not want it. It is software problem. 

    Second, Forum download link available till 6.91 ver.  

    Third, After critical crash, It is not posssible to rollback software ver.  I copied the Updatefile to Garmin folder and nothing changed. same(17.01). please share the alive "down" link& introduce us "update" tool. Please do not be a China style(never accept their fault).

    Forth, I did rollback some sensor version. And Somehow I can use Instinct solar for my running.

    My request is not only for me, someone who has the problem they can read this and also they they can try.

  • You will need to reach out to Product Support. You have a SE Asia specific watch so the Beta rollback software is not going to work. I am sorry.
