Instinct 2 Solar TacticalHeartrate monitor does not work during water activities

Hey there,

My wife and I have Instinct Solar watches. Mine is the Instinct 2 solar tactical.

Both watches do not read our heart rates while in the water.
Can anyone shed light on this issue?
