Garmin instinct solar reset intermittently on 16.00 to 1650

Hi

Since the recent Update to the 16.00 series of firmware updates. I have had a consistent reset issues with my Garmin instinct Solar surf edition watch.

It seems to just shut off when every a notification is sent to the watch from my phone, when GPS is loading on any activity or when the PULSE OX and Vibration functions are activated.

I have be in contact with garmin for about a month and a half and no success. My garmin ref nu is : Ref:21097170K0.

It would be good to try and get this software issue sort.

    Hi Ashley. I am sorry your watch is restarting. If the troubleshooting steps that Outdoor Product Support have had you try on your Instinct Solar did not resolve your issue, it will need to be exchanged with them. Your specific device has an issue that might sometimes resolve with the reset steps but when it doesn't, it needs to be replaced.
