Hi all, 
 my watch is error heart sensor, compass and counting steps error, I try reset and factory reset but is not running. 
 why is that happening and what is the solution?

I am sorry you are having issues. 
 Please try the following : 
 Ensure your software is showing v16.50 in your Settings > About menu. If not, update using Garmin Express . 
 Hard Reset: Hold down your top left power button until your watch shuts off then let go once off 
 Factory Master Reset: How to Reset My Garmin Outdoor Watch 
 If you continue to have issues with any of your sensors, please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region.
