Instinct Solar heart rate graph

Hi all.

Have a newish instinct solar surf (2 months old).

The heart rate graph never seems to update. Keeps showing the exact same data.

Any fixes for this?

*the heart rate graph on the watch. Its stuck at 195/63 since i got the watch. Heart rate graphs are normal in the app
