anyone else had or having problems with Solar instinct recording activities correctly and failing to sync properly with Connect?

I have been in touch with Support and have reformatted the watch drive as suggested, so hopefully this may fix the issue. They have provisionally preordered a replacement just in case. Hopefully all will be well soon! :-)
