Considering there has been no version 16.10 software update released to the rest of the world other than SE Asia - unless there is an issue with the behavior of your watch and it needs to be exchanged through Germany Product Support, it will be best to wait and see if the next new official update loads properly or not.

So you are sure that I have an APAC version, although the German support has excluded this ? 16.10 is APAC ? Where can I read that ?
I am not sure you have an APAC version since you blacked out your watch UNIT ID but you stated you spoke with Germany Product Support and they confirmed it for you. You cannot confirm it without having us run your serial number through our production database. We can then see exactly what you own.
