Garmin Instinct Solar 15.10 (APAC)

Hi,

My instinct has been randomly shutting down for the past 2 weeks. It happened while I'm sleeping a couple of times. And now currently it started occurring while I'm working out. Restarted the watch but the heart rate will go bonkers. I'm doing heavy weight training and it showed my heart rate was below 100bpm. The issue kept on occurring while I'm working out and it started to get really annoying.

Been trying to update the firmware but it is still stuck at 15.10.

Anyone from APAC experiencing the same issue? Is there any way to fix it?

Thanks.

  • I am sorry you are having shut down issues. When weight training, your OHR is going to be poor due to gripping the weights changes the perception of blood flow through your wrist. This includes weight training, tennis, HIIT training, Kettle Bells, etc etc. You will need to consider adding a HRM strap if you want accurate heart rate while weight training.

The restart behavior of your watch that has developed - your watch needs to be exchanged with Outdoor Product Support in your region.
