cadence not recorded

Since a couple of weeks my Instinct solar fails to record cadence. This is no feature you can turn on or off. I tried to reset the watch and update it again to the latest version. But again the watch fails to record cadence. Fixing will take 4-6 weeks, but I follow a training plan!

My instinct solar just failed to record cadence too. I couldn't find any suggestions/solutions over the Internet. Cadence is the main parameter I have been following in my training. It's a disaster if the only way to fix it is to go through the warranty and wait for weeks.

It is possible that a hard reset before your run may resolve this temporarily. To do this, press and hold the Control button until the watch shuts off. Then power on again.
