Solar battery drain - even when off?

Hi since the update my solar instinct watch is draining in a day even if it is tunt off at night.i have reset to factory and still nothing. I have the back light at 20% and all other elements to save power? Anyone else had this ?

Same thing just started happening to me. I used to get weeks and sometimes months. Now after the update it shuts off in about 24 hours. Even with bat saver on.

I am sorry you are having a serious issue with your Instinct Solar. Since the Factory Reset did not resolve the fast drain, please do not hesitate and reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region when you have the opportunity.

Batteries lose their charge naturally over time, but noticeable discharge withing 24 hours and when the watch is off, sounds like a defective battery. I would contact support or the store where I bought it for a replacement.
