External HR Monitor not displaying in activity apps.

Hi Folks,

              I'm having problems with Wahoo Tikr X external HR monitor and my Instinct Solar.  The used to work together fine, but recently the Instinct has started displaying my HR zone as being 0.9 continuously in activity apps rather than changing.  In the HR widget, it displays correct and varying HR, so watch is receiving and displaying the signal, but not in activity apps.  Neither does it record any changes in the background so when you look back at the activity is only shows 1 continuous Heart Rate throughout.

i've checked and updated both HR monitor and watch - no change.

Changed batteries in the HR monitor - no change

Reset the instinct - no change.

deleted and re-paired the HR monitor - no change.

Any suggestions?

    Hi Stu. I am sorry there are issues with either your Instinct Solar or your Wahoo Tikr X HRM. I am sending you a Private Message given the odd nature of seeing one reading in the Heart Rate Widget but having the opposite in your Activity APP HR Zone.
