Bug? Is the legend on the kilometers axis always in miles? (steps widget submenu)

Hi! I can't believe I'm the first one to notice this on the Instinct Solar, but when distance units are set to metric, the y-axis on the slightly hidden steps distance menu (steps widget - top right key - bottom left key) shows a distance not coinciding with the amount displayed in kilometers for the current day nor the other days in the week. It always seems to be in miles.

Anyone else?

    Not sure if it's miles (it does not seem so), but indeed the value shown on the graph differs from the numeric value presented above. It happens on both my Solar and regular Instinct.

    I never even knew that page existed (hidden indeed!). Thanks for that :-) For me it shows a difference too. Although it's hard to tell from the graph and labels it could very well be a ~1.6 ratio difference indeed (kilometer/miles). If you want it to be noticed and fixed I think you should send an email to [email protected].

    Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I also think the 1,6 ratio would fit miles. I *should* report it to that email, but there would be several other things I would also report, all things I have posted here in sometimes great detail - but going by the posts of other people who had reported things, I don't think there's much point.

    If Garmin were honestly interested in quickly improving their software, they would a) have beta testers that actually are critical, and not just runners and b) regularly look into this forum and then simply take bug reports from there.

    Garmin are making it super simple for themselves, because they in my opinion don't care. This forum is like a silver platter, and, despite what some fanboys may believe, has a very low troll rate.

      @PMO 

    If you are willing, please provide the following:

    1) On your Instinct Solar, go to Settings > About on your Instinct Solar. What is your software version?

    2) Please go into your Steps Widget, press the top right GPS button, then press the bottom left ABC button to pull up the graph that customer 4241327 has referenced above. - Please take a picture and post it here. Thank you!

    I will be happy to look into it further.

    The Instinct Solar software version is 15.00. I can't post a picture right now, but two days ago I had around 21,000 steps, which loosely translates into 15 km, while the legend next to the corresponding bar shows approx 11. I guess as a US user you can easily emulate this by setting units to metric and then going into the steps / distance submenu. The kilometers shown for the current day just don't match up with the numbers to the right.

    Version 15.10. It was easier to take a photo than do take a screenshot. Here it goes. As you can see, the value of the bar in the graph for today is quite different from the value presented for the current day (the same being also true for the previous days).
