What direct email address do I send bug reports and suggestions for improvements to?

Hi! Could someone please tell me what email address I can send bug reports and suggestions for improvements regarding the Instinct Solar to?

I don't mean the email for beta versions, but the general one, or is that the same? I would like to reach the developers directly, not tech support, and not in my non-US country either.
