Since an update a few days ago my instinct solar no longer charges when in the sun. I have made sure the screen is clear and followed the advice on how to charge but nothing happens. Also today my charge suddenly dropped from 20days left of charge to 9 days with me not using any function apart from HR monitoring and step count. The only support center is in Australia and I am in NZ and it does not list their email address to get in contact for support. The live chat will not work with my device.
