Is this forum intended for US clients only?

As evident from my recent postings here, I have a Garmin Instinct Solar. It is an APAC model.

Are these forums intended to service only US devices and clients or is it for everyone?

The purpose of asking this question is to calibrate my own expectations to have of Garmin, rather than imposing.

I really like the products you guys have but the recent problems of core features are taking quite a hit on my confidence. I can live without the fancy pants features but I've always thought navigation is Garmin's strength and hadn't expected such a problem. Garmin's local support partner here in Singapore (very responsive but their hands are tied when it comes to ability to help me. They also have to go back to Garmin) is telling me it won't be fixed until end of June. (*oh dear*)

The answer is no, but there is no US and APAC version, there is an APAC Version and the rest of the world version. Did you try to change country in your garmin profile or/and use VPN if you want so to get not APAC version?

This forum - although being in English - is for everyone. Please note, though, that this is not the main support channel, it's mostly a user-to-user forum. So please feel free to ask any garmin-related questions, no matter where you come from, but be aware that in most cases you won't get garmin's support here, just some friendly advice from fellow users.
