HRmax & VO2max

Hello,

On the Garmin Instinct Solar, do the HRMax and the VO2Max gets updated automatically the more you use the watch and train with it?

Or is the HRMax only calculated via the 'standard' formula based on our age?

Based on age. I adjusted zones manually to align with recorded rather than calculated Max HR. It's pity it does not calculate Vo2max, but I work this around by using runalyze.com

OK, but is measure the Heart Rate. There is the screen between Easy, Aerobie, Anaerobie, etc, is it a standard screen, is it solely based on the age, or does it adjust the zones the more I train with the watch?
