I am sending you a Private Message to look into this further to see if I can replicate the issue and/or confirm it is only your nearest legacy weather station reporting no wind.
I have the same issue and it has existed for some time. The windspeed will work on occasion so it is not the phone. There is no problem with openweather but not all watch faces support it.
