Garmin instinc solar HR problem

Hello.

I have problem with my new instinct solar, when i have watch on my wrist, near heart i see only 2 stripes all the time eaven fot a few hours.

When I off-on watch its ok but then when i take off watch HR still warking and showing numbers all the time for hours.

Pleashe Help

    Are the green lights LEDs flashing if you look under the watch?

    Sometomes yes sometomes no but i back to factory serttings and its run Perfectly now. Its much better.

    I have the same problem since the last update to 13.20. It's been almost a month and I noticed that 2-3 and even more times during the day the indications show nothing. Then the pressure and body battery don't work either. The most annoying is that the heart rate fails every night I sleep. It comes up in the morning when I wake up! Of course no sleep measurement exists since the update...

    Since I own and another Instinct the original one, I used it also for a couple of days and there was not such a problem at all! All of the heart rate functions work fine and the sleep measurement as well.

    I suppose that the different heart rate sensors among those two Instinct watches may affect the performance after 13.20 update and the solar watch doesn't measure HR as before...

    I'm waiting for a newer version as I am afraid that a factory reset won't solve the problem.

    Unfortunately the problem remains...I had to factory reset the watch and nothing changed at all! However I decided to wait for an update and yesterday when I connected the watch to my computer the Garmin Express had the latest version 14.10.

    I did the update but the problem still exists. The heart rate stops randomly and I can't figure out what causes all that problem.

    Needless to say that body battery, sleep and all these features of the watch, don't work.

    The other insinct I own, the non solar version works fine!
