On our other solar watches, there is a circle around the sun that fills in to reflect the charging level. If you do not see any progress around the circle and since the Instinct is unique having that top left larger window to give you the graph, it is only telling you what the graph represents.
No I was just wondering what the above symbol was... Chris pointed out that it's only the symbol for the solar bar graph. Do you have a screenshot of the solar widget?
