My garmin Instinct Solar does not notify me of the call from my phone

Hello,

When my phone rings, my garmin instinct solar does not notify me of the call in progress while I receive other notifications from my phone on my garmin.

Can you help me?

Have you checked the Connect APP permissions? Also In Setting menu of Connect APP; the Notification and Phone Permissions.

I'm Android and APP permissions are access by long pressing the Connect Icon and selecting App Info.
