Retrieving DEM

I have to do a soft reset before retrieving DEM data on every occasion. Is this normal? I don’t mind doing it, but wondered what (if any) other data I might be ‘wiping’ from my Instinct Solar each time I perform a soft reset?

Thank you for the reply. I will wait to hear from others, but it sounds like my Instinct Solar might not be working quite as it should!

With Instinct Solar, I do not have to do a soft reset for DEM, it works normally. With Instinct non-solar, I am not able to retrieve DEM, only GPS, but that would be another Forum. I do not know, if you lose data with your soft resets.
