Last 4 hours of Heart Rate Data Garmin Instinct

the 4 hours of Heart rate data is not showing and hasnt been showing for a week now, the heart rate works but the last 4hour graph doesnt?

Same problem... It was 2021.01.12

i turned the watch off and deleted all activity data and its working now, I'm not sure which of these made it work.
