I am not sure I understand the question, since I believe I answered it already in my last post:

HRM Pro will give you the Running Dynamics, but it will not give you the VO₂max (and related features). 

If you meant something else, then please explain.

EDIT 2021/01/18: There is still some discussion whether the Running Dynamics is available with HRM Pro + Instinct, but unless someone can confirm first-hand that it really works, it is safer to assume that it does not.

Otherwise for that I have to use also the old Fenix 3

Interesting, that you for clarifying.  So to make sure I got this right: if you want to record additional running dynamics you need to get HRM Pro, as opposed to one of the cheaper HRMs, as the HRM Pro can record the data on its own memory bank, and then, when you get home, synched directly to your phone, as opposed to using your Instinct (I am assuming the Instinct's small memory is to blame for that).

Not only the memory. There may be also marketing reasons, licensing reasons (they use licensed algorithms for that purpose, though they acquired some of the comapnies, in the meantime), and also power consumption reasons. Instinct's main selling point is the battery life, so they removed anything unimportant draining the battery with higher CPU load (VO₂max, Running Dyncamics, Connect IQ, ...)
