Instinct Solar - how to scroll through only the round insert screen

Just purchased the Instinct Solar.  When I first turned it on, the screen showed a "tip" for scrolling through the small circular inset screen while leaving the main screen as it.  I can't recall how to do that - can someone please remind me?

    Long press the Menu buton » Settings » Watch Face » GPS button » Customize and now you can scroll through the circular inset screen to select the field you wish it displays.
