Instinct Solar and Garmin Coach

Is there a way to use the Garmin Coach feature in the Instinct Solar any way? It seems to me that the watch is not compatible with Garmin Coach but can you check the workout from phone and upload it later to Garmin coach and would there be any use for it?

I subscribed to 5K running Training Plan (Garmin Coach).

And if I have workout today and I launch any run activity I have an option to start my Training Plan workout.

But Workouts can be started only manually…

But Workouts can be started only manually.
E.g. need to scroll to Cardio activity, don't press GPS button, but press Menu button, and then Training > My Workouts > [Name of workout]
