I charged my watch 7 days ago, I had 4 indoor activities. GPS activity 1.3 h. I have 86% battery. HR 24/7, I use an alarm clock, and sometimes I measure the oxygen in my blood by hand.
The number of days displayed is an estimate. If the watch had been exposed to so many hours in the sun. On average, I add 3% of the battery in 6 hours in the sun, so it's real, if that's the case. As soon as the sun does not shine, the estimate is immediately shortened.
The endurance of Instinct Solar is fantastic. The last charge was on September 15, tonight I'm charging them on October 18. I had a 5% battery. So for another one or two days, the watch would last. But I need a GPS tomorrow. So the fantastic 33 days lasted! GPS activity only one, about 2 hours. 10 indoor activities without GPS. The sun has hardly shone for the last 14 days. Watch 24/7 HR, oxygen measurement switched off. Daily monitoring, sleep, heart rate, alarm clock, etc ..
