Instinct Solar Activitis disapear in Explore Web and Phone

Is it possible to manually import a Garmin Activity FIT file from the Solar to Garmin Explore? On the Phone the today activity was synced but dont with the explore Website. After i reconnected the Phone App the today Activity was gone from everywhere. After new sync of the Solar the Activity dont apear anymore. In the Activityfolder on the Solar the Fite file still exists! Are there any sugestions what i made wrong?

If the Activity is vsible in Garmin Explore, but not in Garmin Connect, then I'd tell you use a different account for each of them. Try signing out from both apps, and signing back in with the same credentials to both apps. If it does not help, follow the instructions from the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing to resolve the issue.

In Garmin Connect, there is everything fine, but i miss the activitis in Garmin Explore! First the activitis where visible in Garmin Explore on my phone but don`t sync with the explore website. I loged out on phone loged in again, but all activits where gone away. new sync with the solar doesen`t bring back my activitis. i lost the complete data. i thought explore saves the data on phone and cloud. is it possible to bring my activitis back to explore? Sorry, my english isn`t the best!

Garmin Explore saves the data on the phone, Garmin Connect saves them on the cloud. In Garmin Connect you should have all you need.
