In reach activation

I have in reach explorer. I have set everything up and during activation it is stuck on Waiting for Confirmation. Tried 3 times for 45 minutes each. I was able to send the test text

If the problem still persists, open a support ticket. With a clear sky view, this should not take more than a few minutes.

Note that there were major outages for activation on 9/30 and 10/1. You may have tried during those issues. The listed times are only approximate. They reflect when Garmin "noticed" the problem.
