Messages not coming through to email

Hi,

we have been experiencing issues with receiving messages from our team of rangers.
The message appear within the inbox on the inreach.garmin.com website, however they are not forwarded to our e-mail system.

We had the same issue 2 months ago and had to change our main e-mail domain in order for the messages to go through. Unfortunately after two months the same issue returned. 
I see the messages within the system, but none of our team receives their messages.
