Tite says it all. I have the explorer+, but when I try to sync my routes to my device, I get an error message in the sync app that says maps are only available for the explorer+. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

As noted in the previous response, Garmin-Leslie believes the problem has been fixed. If you are still having issues, PM Garmin-Leslie. OR open a support ticket. The forums are not an official support channel. Garmin employees do read the forums and sometimes respond. But if you want concrete action, the most reliable way is to open a support ticket.
wisnukat I have sent you a private message.

hello andrew..Andrew... bob here. i have a problem regarding earthmate and NOAA charts. I wonder if (after you read my 2posts in the last couple of days) you would consider helping me find a solution.
thank you for your time
Garmin-Leslie now handles the inReach forums. That said, the forums are not an official support channel. Your best bet would be to open a support ticket.
Hello 7941963 I am happy to help. However, it should be noted that NOAA charts are no longer available in the earthmate app. Earthmate NOAA Charts
*update* 202307280721
goodmorning leslie... what an idiot I can be@times. I just realized that the QUAD folder doesn't contain the NOAA charts. the NOAA folder contains the NOAA charts. and I just found 1.2G of them.
I forgot that prior to Garmin cutting the cord (last november), I had D/L'd everything that I could not only for Alaska, but also Washington & Oregon (thank you elon musk). I did so on the off-chance that one of these years after I retire, I'd be there in my skiff, fishing.
so now the folders BASE15, DAE16, NOAA, OSM16, QUAD and TP15 all reside at
/storage/75FD-64AD/Android/data/com.delorme.earthmate/files/maps/
and all of my maps show up just fine. I believe I can feel the earth start to rotate again...
