Contacts Not syncing on InReach

I have 17 InReach units, and I want them all to show up in each of their contact lists.

All the units show up in the 'My Info/Contacts' section of inreach.garmin.com

But when I sync each of them they only get one contact, themselves.

Anyone know of a work around for this?

We are also having the same issue with our enterprise account. It worked last year but not this year.

I am also having this issue. Added them manually as a new contact group and still unable to see them on the device. they only have themselves as a contact.

Hello, we are also experiencing contact syncing issues - we have added new contact details however it is not updating them on our 6 units. We also want to update the contact list on each unit, however do not have the option to do so. please help

Open a support ticket. Sounds like this is a professional account. Be sure you open the ticket accordingly.

I tried to do a ticked for this, but support told me they can not do anything about this issue and were told by management that this issue will not be solved

no reason given

if any news abt it, I am curious as what is going on, as with over 150 devices and some 250 users, we are now stuck in nowhere

the above mentioned chapter in support pages does not lead to any success
