My Inreach Explore + connected with my Computer Windows 10 will not show in the Explorer

My Inreach Explore+ connected with my Computer Windows 10 will not show in the Explorer. Like this it's not possible to load OSM maps. Charging and syncing are working without problems.

With the inReach Explorer+, additional maps can be added (including OSM) through the Map tab on the Explore Website. The inReach Explorer+ will not show up as a removable drive in Windows File Explorer…

With the inReach Explorer+, additional maps can be added (including OSM) through the Map tab on the Explore Website. The inReach Explorer+ will not show up as a removable drive in Windows File Explorer and it's not possible to add additional maps or any other data to the inReach in this way.
