Unable to view detailed location sent on recipients phone

Hi There
I have an InReach SE and was fine till I tried yesterday. When I send a text message on an Iphone or Android the link to the map does not zoom below 3km.
It works OK if an email is sent to PC. Zoom level was fine on any phone only a few months ago until now. I have contacted customer support and the said "Zoom level in detail is not supported for mobile phones" . My concern is what happens in an Emergency situation? will the exact location will be displayed or an approximate location within 3km radius?
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Vlascot

The accompanying coordinates will be accurate regardless of what the phone can/cannot display on the map. However, you do have to be able to get the coordinates from the message. I have some vague recollection that there is a setting somewhere that controls this, but I can no longer find it. Or I could be hallucinating the whole thing.

Thanks for the reply Twolpert.
I just sent a test sms to my Iphone with inReach and looks like the problem has been rectified.
I can pin point the location down to a few metres.The settings that you were looking for are:
On the received message Goto Read Message, Scroll down to the bottom, Switch to desktop version.
